Conditional Acceptances, anyone??

Just wondering if anyone has been offered a conditional acceptance or know of anyone that has.
What were the conditions?

All acceptances are conditional as far as I know. They generally ask that you maintain your previous "standard of academic excellence" and finish your bachelor's among various other minor things.

USUHS offers a 'conditional' acceptance, pending security and physical clearance. But that's because students are in the military, and I don't think that's what you are asking about.
