Congratulations to KCOM on winning the Chicago medical basketball tournament. This was held in Chicago (obviously) this weekend, and included 40+ medical schools. Kirksville students had a dominating performance and won the tournament. KCOM does have, I believe, a "Stillwell" program, which helps keep the students healthy during their time at medical school. I am sure the program assisted the basketball players these past few days. Congrats again.

Stillwell really is a neat program. If you want more info, just ask.

It ATTEMPTS to keep us healthy during med school, but the impetus really falls on the students. Primarily, it consists of fitness testing done twice a year, along with conferences throughout the year. These include strategizing how to stay in shape no matter what your occupation.
