Contacting AMCAS

I read in an older thread a mention of some times during the day when it was quickest to get throught to AMCAS. But is the phone the only was to get throught to them? Is there any other way? Emailing AMCAS seems to be out of the question the way they are answering them. I've called them two different times and gave up after 30 minutes on hold. It is so aggravating.

Early morning east coast time is the best time to call.

I live in California, and I called them this morning at 6:15am (which is 9:15am their time), and I was on hold for 30 min....

Soooooooo...... remember, this is AMCAS we're talking about. There really is no good time.

I've had good luck in the afternoon. I usually call between 1-3 CST.
