Contacting Rush=nearly impossible?

I have sent 3 emails to their contact email address and no reply. My status page says my file is incomplete, yet everything says that it has been received. Anyway, their website seems to offer no phone number to call, so I was wondering if (1) anyone else has had this problem with their page and (2) does anyone else have any contact info for Rush--a phone number perhaps?

I have the same problem. All of my materials are shown turned in at Rush, but it still says incomplete at the top of the status page. I just became complete within the last week, so I am waiting untill next week to contact them. I am having similar problems like this at numerous schools. I just think it takes a couple of weeks, especially with the incoming wave of people like me who just received their August MCAT scores, for some schools to process application materials and mark them as complete.

i had this exact same issue about 3 weeks ago. i sent them an email askin if maybe my LORs or something else did not satisfy their requirements and i got an email reply saying everything's fine, they just haven't been able to update my online profile as "completed" yet. tehn the next day my status was changed to "completed" and i got an email saying so as well.

they are probably just overwhelmed and behind in terms of time, especially now since the august mcat scores came out. i sympathize.
