contacts for activities

hey guys, im just wondering if you absolutely have to list a contact for each activity you fill out. i mean, for example, im an officer in a club but we don't have a faculty rep or anything...and i dont think i shud put down the president's name because she's another student...what would you guys do?

If it was me, I would try to list someone for each activity but I dont think they would ever contact them. In your case, just list the president's name and just hope the school dosent decide to contact them 😀!
