Contents for Letters of Recommendation

When you asked your professor to write a LOR for you, did you request anything in specific that they should mention? I am looking at the websites of some of the schools that I am interested in applying to (NECO, ICO, PUCO), but they only mention how many LORs and from who it should be written by.

What should I ask my professor to write about?

I offered them my full CV and wrote a letter listing additional valuable experiences so that it would be easier to write about me.
