I got a 520 on my COMLEX level 1 and am wondering what that would be equal to for a USMLE step 1 score? Any ideas? Hellpppp

There is no definite answer. Most program directors equate:
  • >500 is "good"
  • >600 is "great"
  • >700 is "beast"
  • 800 or higher is "we are not worthy"
Attempts to convert scores have been too low of sample sizes to conclude anything meaningful. Do the best you can the rest will fall into place.

Thanks OMGOMT!

There's this well known graph you can roughly use to get an idea. I would apply 10% error margin (give or take) - just because step 1 has a bit different emphasis on biochem, pathophys as compared to level 1 (comlex) that tends to test pharm and micro a bit more. But purely for comparison purpose - you are at about 220-225 roughly. Which IMHO is not a bad idea for you to take step 1 - depending at what specialty you are aiming at.
