conversion scale for AAMC 4R, 5R, and 6R?

Does anybody happen to have the scale to convert your raw score into MCAT points for the AAMC 4R, 5R, or 6R exams? DOes anybody know where they could be found?

There's no conversion. If I remember correctly, those are actual past exams.
