Cornell Qatar - I Need Some Answers

Anyone can help me answer these questions about Cornell Qatar:

1. Are you considered a foreign graduate MD?

2. Do you take the same USMLE's as the US?

3. Can you come back and do residency and practice in the US without taking any more exams?

4. How about rotations? can you select to do some rotations in the US with the US Cornell school?
