Hey! I think the 8th edition of Examkrackers is wrong in its scale. There are 23 questions per in-class exam for O Chem, Physics, and Chemistry - but the raw score column only goes up to 21, which it cites as a 15.

Anybody have insight as to the correct relationship?

I've noticed the same! Either it's just a mistake or they think their tests are harder and are actually equating a -2 to a 15? Either way, EK in-class exams are pretty unrepresentative of the actual test, so I would either advise just moving the scale up two questions or not bothering to score them at all. But I'm curious to see what other people did?
