I love this.
It's totally an exercise in banging one's head against a brick wall of course, but he sure gets points for creativity.
I've long been tempted to write to various insurance companies who roadblock my diagnostic testing/treatment orders that since they are making determinations regarding patient evaluation and treatment, I will be transferring the patient's care to their company's Medical Director, and the patient will be calling in the next 24 hours to set up that appointment. Maybe now I'll actually try that.
