should I list classes I will be taking next year ( even if I don't know for sure)

also, for a regular graded class, is it necessary to check any of those boxes they have at the bottom?

If you're completing pre-reqs next year, list them for sure. Otherwise, just list what you feel like you'd want them to know (putting next semester's schedule, which you've probably already worked out, might be a good idea). The schools won't hold you to it, though. It just gives 'em more stuff to ask you about during interviews that you already know, which is good.

No.

As for the boxes, it depends. Read the boxes. I had some honors classes that involved a checkmark.
