Hello all! I'm quite a ways away from possible acceptance letters (applying next summer for 2016 matriculation) but just for reference and help planning my schedule I thought I would ask. Most universities will be adding quite a few new required courses due to the MCAT change (biochem, sociology, stats, etc) and I was wondering if I could take these the summer I matriculate. For example, take biochem and sociology summer of 2016 with the course ending mid June. I know most schools state that they prereqs must be completed by matriculation but do you think it would hinder my chances of acceptance if I left these two until then? Thanks in advance!
