Crashing locums rates

Seems like locums rates have crashed to the low 200s an hour. Wow. That's worse than a decade ago, inflation adjusted. Looks like the oversupply issues may be starting.

Any other theories?

My theory is that you've posted a similar query multiple times. And since you've also posted multiple times about how you don't want to be an EP anyway, I'm going to just close this one.
