I am currently a third year medical student and am curious about medicine from business aspect... so a couple of questions....

how hard is it to create an medicine clinic or an anesthesia group and do you need an mba?

is an mba helpful? and what is it helpful for?

also where do you guys see the most money to be made in medicine in the future???

There is no requirement for an MBA to run a business, and in an MBA program you will probably not learn how to actually run a medical practice. There are numerous threads below on when an MBA is useful, but in general, it is something one would get to enhance existing business skills, not create new ones (hence many MBA programs require one to have worked for some time before enrollment), especially if you work in an industry or business where promotions require an MBA.
