Hey folks!
I am Prashant Sharma, a psychiatrist - I do telehealth but I also have a part time faculty position at Johns Hopkins University where I counsel residents on a variety of things including careers after residency/fellowship – recently, I’ve been receiving calls and messages about how I help residents and fellows successfully transition to a rewarding attending job without frustration, pain, and wasted time & energy.
I am considering putting together a free video where I will teach you everything I know about the transition and how to secure a good attending position that fits with your own criteria and goals. This can also be helpful for attending physicians who are looking for a better way to find a position tailored to their own needs and wants.
Even though this is free, I really want to make sure I cover everything you want. I am also trying to gauge interest in something like this.
