Credit hours a semester/ work hours?

I just wanted to see how many credit hours everyone is taking a semester? How many hours a week do you work? How many credit hours do you take over the summer?

I used to be taking 20 hours a quarter, working 15-20 hours a week at the cafetaria, and managed to maintain 4.000 GPA still. Some professors will even give out bonus project for students to earn extra points and you might want to pay attention to that too. But that would mean no TV, internet surfing, ... most of the time. It's so good when you eventually see the hard work put in being rewarded with Dean's Lists, upcoming scholarships, etc.

Sorry, I've not taken any summer class yet.

18 credits a semester, 4 of those being lab credits. Usually that would mean 12 hours a week, but my research advisor expects a lot more

I work as a general chemistry TA which is 5 hours of class time a week, plus random time for grading and attending lectures etc...

Usually from 17~20hrs/semester with 10~20 hrs of work. I took 20 credits with 20 hrs of work a week for one semester. Let me tell ya, that semester was fun~~~~

12 per semester until i graduate...im far too ahead to be maintaining 18+ and dont wanna pay ththat extra 5 grand for extra credit hours

I took 13 credits (4 of that was lab) and 6 credits were grad level. I also worked in a lab about 15-20 hours a week. Worst semester ever....

this summer i just finished 6 credit hours....in the fall i have 18 credit hours but only 9 credit hours is science. oh and this is going to be my 3rd semester of college.

This summer I took 11 hours and I work 40 hours a week. It has been very interesting. However, this was an easier summer...one summer I took 16 hours and worked 40-50 hours a week. I never saw my wife that summer...it really sucked.

I am only gonna be taking 13 hours this fall and still working 40 hours a week.

It's easy enough, just have to prioritize...

It was actually all at the same time...over the 10 week summer semester...
