This is what you are operating against at Creighton:
Class size: 110, about 35 places usually occupied by Creighton undergraduates, and 40 from other preferred schools.
Approximately 10% of an applicant pool of 5,000, more or less, are interviewed.
Candidates not getting interviews are notified starting in November. Of those interviewed, 200 or so are offered places in the class. Most candidates not accepted are wait-listed. All rejected hear by July. Greatest movement from the wait-list: late May to end of June, but maybe 20 students are accepted after late June. Wait-listed should update with new grades and other pertinent information.
