Creighton vs. MCW

I just wanted some opinions on these two schools and which one would you guys choose if you were accepted to both?

Sorry. I started this thread without doing a search. For those who are still interested, here's a old thread comparing these two schools. I guess there's not that big of a difference between the two according to the thread.

While both are good schools, I would definitely choose Creighton. The class size is pretty large at MCW and having lived in Milwaukee the past 4 years, I can honestly say that it's not that great. MCW seems to be a backup school for a lot of people. Plus, Creighton just made the NCAA tourney, whereas MCW probably had a difficult time advancing through the 1st round of the Milwaukee intramural league playoffs.

If you are going to talk basketball, sure any team MCW puts together is going to only be competition for the local Y, but you do have Marquette, as MCW used to be the Marquette Medical School, to route for who missed the tourne this year but typically is a better program than Creighton. There is also UW-Milwaukee locally which pulled the 12-5 upset this year. Edge MCW. 😀

ps Also having been to both Milwaukee and Omaha I definitely have to say Milwaukee is a much better town.
