You can apply with any degree as long as you have the prerequisite courses (organic chem, biochem, biology, etc.)

Most schools don't require biochem.
 
Maybe you could use your criminal justice degree productively in the clinic. Arrest and prosecution of crooked insurance administrators, perhaps?
