Critical care jobs in Las Vegas

I am currently in CCM fellowship in a busy level 1 trauma center with a mixed ICU (very acute). I am exploring opportunities around the country. Does anyone have any comments/experience in the hospitals in Las Vegas? DM me or post answer here. I would be very grateful with any information provided
