Think I'll take off UC Davis, I feel I have strong ties to underserved, but looks like they only interviewed 7 people OOS. Being for Southern oregon wouldn't help I wouldn't think?

UC Davis admitted only one non resident last year. Arizona and Buffalo accept few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state.
You could add these MD schools:
TCU-UNT
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Seton Hall
Quinnipiac
Consider adding these DO schools:
DMU-COM
ATSU-KCOM
KCU-COM
MU-COM
CUSOM
UNECOM
