I would forget Washington, Mayo, and Illinois.

if PA resident I would add temple and Drexel (being stuck in a city is better than being stuck reapplying)

I am learning Geisinger takes a lot of their MBS grads so good luck :)

Yes, PA resident.
You need a better school list. U Washington accepts less than 1% of applicants who are not from states in the Northwest. UMass, UConn, SUNY Upstate, U Wisconsin, Northeast Ohio accept few non residents with your stats and no connection to the state. You should apply to schools in urban areas in order to maximize your chances. If you are unwilling to apply to urban schools then apply also to DO schools in rural areas. I suggest these MD schools with your stats:
Geisinger Commonwealth
Penn State
Drexel
Temple
Jefferson
West Virginia
Vermont
Quinnipiac
Albany
New York Medical College
Seton Hall
Virginia Commonwealth
Eastern Virginia
NOVA MD
TCU-UNT
Creighton
St. Louis
Loyola
Medical College Wisconsin
Oakland Beaumont
Wayne State
Michigan State
Central Michigan
