Hello forum, I am a patient. My wholistic dentist recommends to replace 6 crowns which are made from white metal with new ones based on gold. I will still have 2 left made from white metal since they are sitting on implants.
Will this situaiton create any electric activity in a mouth?
Should I be concerned of the situation when crowns are made from different metal?
By the way, the reason I consider replacing 6 crowns from white metal is expectation that they may have toxic metal: mercury, lead, nickel.

Sorry, we do not offer medical/dental advice to patients on this forum. Please consult with a licensed dentist in person about this matter.
