CSS/Financial Aid Profile turnover time

I have a few questions regarding the CSS/Financial aid application on collegeboard and hope someone can help me out here:

1) What is the turnover time between me hitting the submit buttle and them forwarding all info to the school?

2) Will I need to send tax returns and bank statements to CSS if my school is requiring that I send a tax return directly to its financial aid office?
