CSUDH - Not accepting new students for 2013

I heard on the radio today that Cal Statue Universities will probably not admit new students for 2013. Has anyone else heard this? I am wondering if this would affect graduate studies as well as undergraduates? Cal State Dominguez Hills is my number one chioice due to cost and location. I have not even applied yet and already dealing with major obstacles. I really hope the Cal State system get its act together. If they dont, my MOT could cost upwards of $75K instead of $25K - not sure if I want to get into that much debt at my age.
