Seriously, It looks like a program downloaded my app twice... would be nice if that proportionately doubled my chances for an interview offer, but conversely, it could also double my chances for a rejection

Many programs have automatic download running and often overnight on their computers.

I think by twice would mean whenever new information available like USMLE transcript, it will get downloaded again so there are no 2 files of you.
