What does this mean exactly?

I was looking at some osteo residencies and they have something like this:

Total approved positions: 6
Current funded positions: 3

Current filled positions
OGME One/Internship: 0
OGME Two: 0
OGME Three: 0
OGME Four: 0
OGME Five: 0
OGME Six: 4
OGME Seven: 2
Total: 0


how does one accurately interpret this? thanks
