Hi are there any current OOS MSUCOM students that know anything about financial aid or scholarships that will help lower the OOS tuition?

You can apply for the OOS scholarship, which gives you 25k/year, but its fairly limited in how many people get it. You could otherwise defer for a year, get Michigan residency, and then get in state, I think. I'd ask a specialist about the latter, but you'd save a big chunk of cheese that way, if it matters to you.
