I have been scouring the Internetz for great:

Medical practitioner blogs
Pre-med/Med student blogs
Books re: med, health, health policy, etc.

A lot of the blogs I'm finding haven't been updated for 1+ years. I'm still going through the archives because there is a wealth of info, but I wonder what current blogs (and books) other SDNers are keeping up with and finding beneficial.

Thanks in advance :corny:

I've found many of the perspective/editorial pieces on NEJM and JAMA to be really interesting and helpful.

The blog by Panda Bear, MD, though a little old, has a lot of interesting material on it.

This is a thread devoted to listing various medical student blogs.

I would also recommend both books by Michael Collins, Hot Lights, Cold Steel and Blue Collar, Blue Scrubs.

And, of course, there's always my fairly new blog in my sig. :D I'm hoping to update it fairly regularly as I go through the medical education process.

Thank you all! Please feel free to continue suggesting :)
