CUSOM Email requesting secondary?

Has anyone received this? "Campbell University School of Osteopathic Medicine would like to follow up on our initial request for you to submit a Secondary Application. We are extreamly interested in your application and strongly encourage you to return it to us as soon as possible." It continues on to give instructions.

I love NC and was very interested in CUSOM, but didn't submit my secondary because I heard they had a very strong regional bias and money is really tight. Is this just a marketing email? I've received a lot this cycle, so I kind of figured that's what it is. Anyone else get this email?

They do not have a regional bias at all. I am from the Midwest and was accepted.
