Are their major differences in the signs and symptoms of heart ds. in women?
If so are they so cut and dry as to be differentiated on step 1 and step 2.??

Just a few thoughts......

CV disease more often presents with atypical symptoms in women. An MI could present as nausea, abdominal pain or even without any symptoms at all.

It's my impression that this fact is more important in Step 2 than Step 1. Hell, I had no clue about this when I took step 1.

Then there's the whole OCP, menopause and HRT discussion that has very little place in Step 1.
