TiggerJSA included in his CV his interest in body hair grooming products. That seemed to work out for him.

Interests or hobbies is perfectly acceptable, and I think gives a personal touch.

Thanks. I've been out a few years and most of my classmates have continued with the GP route so I thought I'd check here for a little advice. I had understood interests can be considered a faux pas for a cv (vs a resume) but on the other hand there is nowhere else to include such information on the applications I'm preparing.
