Hi,
Anyone have any thoughts about what to take out of a CV when applying for a residency after and internship?
Should I still include my clubs leadership positions and externships from vet school or no? All that feels a little irrelevant with an internship 50% done now.

I don't think leaving them in would be detrimental to your application.

I think applying to residency those leadership positions and club memberships can still be relevant, especially if they are in the same field as the residency that you are applying for - it shows that you have put extra time and effort into learning about that field.
