CV vs resume when applying for retail pharmacist position?

CV vs resume when applying for retail pharmacist position? is it ok to use my CV to apply for a retail pharmacist position? my cv is more updated and i think looks better than my resume :). thank you

I used my CV for a retail position and had no problems

Go with the resume. Be sure to highlight retail work experience (if any), time management, and customer service. That's all they care about.
 
If I was hiring for retail positions, I would look for these things:

1) Speed/Multi-tasking
2) Time management
3) Stress management
4) Customer Service (they'll tell you this is #1, but it's not; if you're slow, you won't provide ANY customer service)
5) Computer skills (typing scripts)
6) Business skills (inventory control, doctor detailing, politics, etc)

Anything else really doesn't matter.

Haha true. I'd put the managing part under business skills. Most senior techs at walgreens do the scheduling.

Twelve years ago all I filled out was that little McDonalds like application for a retail position. No CV or Resume. Times have certainly changed.
