Any advice?

Spoke to my supervisor back in May in need of a transfer and till this date nothing has happened. Constant calls, emails, texts. I even decided to help with the process and reached out to the leaders where I will be moving. Now I have an offer lined up and the new supervisor understands my situation. But of course, till my current supervisor doesn't let me go, I'm literally stuck...

Well what did they all say? Transfer to another store? Another district? State? You aren't giving enough information. If you are constantly calling your supervisor and you aren't getting any information, then you aren't asking the right questions.
