Trivial question but I'm not sure what to do about it. Did you guys single or double space it? It says two pages, so may I just single space it all?? I have a lot to say. :D

I single spaced mine - 2 pages about - wrote about my english lit minor and how I like Chaucer and the Canterbury Tales. Last year I wrote about football and the Miami Dolphins. Needless to say, it did not impress them I suppose.

I think that was actually the most fun essay I got to write....
I guess my friend who is also applying to CWRU is not writing a unique essay afterall since you are writing about the same thing.

I did a page and a quarter single spaced about soccer in the United States and how I've been involved with the sport my whole life. BTW, 2 pages is the limit, I don't think it implies that you need to write an entire 2 pages. In fact, I bet they'd appreciate a few shorter essays here and there that are clear and to the point. :)

ok, another CWRU question:

The envelope that came to my house was post marked Aug 14, and they have said to return it within two weeks after receipt. I know i did not receive it on Aug 14, b/c that's when it was post marked. So, now 2 weeks after Aug 14th is the DAY AFTER TOMORROW. :( And I am not ready with my essay yet. Do you think they care if it's a day or two late??? I could just try and finish the essay tonight (which is not yet polished) and have it expressed FEDEX tomorrow a.m. I just don't wanna waste the 10 bucks. :(
What do you say?

I think this came up before, and the answer was that they recommend that you return it quickly. The absolute deadline should be listed somewhere on there.
