I have the Dannemiller DVD set 6-DVDs "An Intensive Review of the Specialty of Pain Medicine" recorded lectures and presentations by the faculty.
This is the DVD set advertised on their website for $549. It is the latest one.
Yours for $250 or best offer.
I will also throw in the ASIPP Intermediate Comprehensive Review DVD as well. (Words only. Not read to you unlike Dannemiller)

First come, First served. I just took the ABA Pain Boards and have to admit the Dannemiller DVD review was more helpful than anything else that I studied. There is a bizarre presentation of material on the ABA test but the Dannemiller managed to cover a lot of it and it was helpful for the test and everyday practice.
Not perfect but probably better than anything else out there....
