Well, senior year has been crazy. I have done two chricothyrotomies in about 7 weeks. Created an all day Critical Care Conference that went off without a hitch, and got my fellowship approved!

I had to slam together a CV and wondered if other third years were interested in sharing formats/pearls they have come across? Not to mention style/etc. anyone interested?

Here are a few things from my PD:

Put name and contact info first.

Very next thing should be residency training. (I guess b/c there are still so many people applying that aren't EM residency trained)

U/S level training.

rest of stuff....

I am not adverse to posting my CV if others want to share.
