I tried searching for this, but I couldn't find a clear answer. Is there an advantage of choosing one over the other? Has anyone taken the online version? If so, how was it? Can you easily go back and review the questions/answers?
Thanks =)

I took the online version. While you can review your answers a lot of the links in the review question section are broken so you cant really tell what the question was (especially if the question involved a picture.) If you're looking to take the test quickly then you should probably go with the online version whereas if you've managed your time more efficiently then you should go with the paper version. If you go with the paper version, read the payment instructions carefully, they don't take personal checks!

Paper version!

They're exactly the same. The online version doesn't completely function properly so you may not be able review all your answers.

The paper version costs a little bit more ($37 + $8 shipping + $ bank money order fee) as they require a bank money order which costs around $4-8 fee at most banks.

So it'll cost around $50 total when it's all said and done.

Best bet is to find another buddy and share the costs on a paper version and just make a photocopy of it.

Do not do the online copy. It's a total rip off. Once you finish the test, you'll be able to see what you got wrong. HOWEVER, you won't be able to see the correct answers. I called ADA and Prometric and they said they don't provide answers for the online version as of now. (Pretty stupid if you ask me)

On the other hand, if you get the hard copy (which I think is a little more expensive), an answer sheet will be provided. The only thing downside is that you won't be able to practice taking the test on a computer screen.

You can't see what answers you got right at all on online? Not solutions, but not even what answer you chose?

I'm thinking of just using Fraps and printscreening everything to a different folder. Should be fine to do that...
