I checked the solution, it's kind of being complicated, so could you explain more easily?
I think that Cr has +3 charge in acidic medium, so just multiply +3 and 2.5M , thus the answer is 7.5M.
Is it right?
If you know how to solve it, please explain to me.......

Yea... .since it says that it is in an acidic solution that means H+'s would be produced.... and the way to calculate Normality from Molarity is multiply the number of H+'s in soultion with the Molarity... and since dichromate went from +6 to Chromate with a +3 then that means three H+'s are in solution and since the molarity is 2.5 then the Normality would be 2.5*3 or 7.5
