Hey Everyone, just got home from the DAT, and man it feels good to be done! Overall, I am very happy with my scores, sure there not the same as other people that have been posting lately.. but im proud of them! haha..anyways here are some quick words.

1. For anyone that is just starting to study the DAT, if you did bad on diagnostics, practice tests, etc... dont let it get to you!! I had a 13 AA on my kaplan diagnostic, big deal
2. Dont ever give up! No matter how many times you miss gen chem questions, pat questions , etc......it will come to you i promise!
3. For all those out there who are bad at the PAT. I am definatly one of them. I just took the DAT and I still dont know how to those damn top/front views right!....Just keep practicing dont ever think you cant do it! OK.. so here are my scores

Yeah I took top score exams because a buddy of mine had it on his computer, so I wasnt really able to keep my socres on file to puton SDN...But predominatly I was getting 18,19's on the sciences...and 17's on Pat's, and low 20's on reading and math

Good job. Thank you for encouraging us. I took DAT Achiever Test and i scored 11 ( i did not answer 30 of them) , 16, 14 on the PAT. I am going to practice until test day coming soon

For reading I would reccomend not to use kaplan's methods. That really didnt work for me. I was getting 17's and 18's using kaplans methods of mapping. Then I just just screw it and scanned and looked for answers and I started getting 20's. Although nothing could have prepared me for RC on the DAT. It was very difficult, the articles were hard (about asteroids, brain anatomy, and neural receptors) i dont even think i understood the last one. it was tough......but you gotta work with what you have...

practice...practice....practice.....

-even though many think that they cant improve there RC scores...they can!

Hey congrats! this is my first time posting...i have been taking some of the kaplan QR pratice test and they are really hard.... the are very wordy and take forever to do. i was wondering how your math section was...thank you

All the kaplan practice tests that are word problems i just totally disregarded them..nothing on the test was that hard.....I think the best QR practice is top score and achiever.
