When should I have my application complete? When do school start interviewing or looking at applications?

The process starts as Sept1, so by the 2nd programs can start uploading applications. Regarding interviews every program has its on IV season need to check it in the programs page on FREIDA. .The application deadline is also stated clearly too. On average IV's start in October to december and deadlines are usually in December.

Deadlines vary by specialty. For surgery, it is November 1, although there are a couple of programs with October 15th deadlines. So as advised above, please check and do not assume its December.

Some programs will interview through the first week of February.
