Where is your state of residence ? With your stats you could apply in June 2023. You do need 50 hours of in person physician shadowing (including primary care) and another 100+ hours of non clinical volunteering.

Delaware. We do not have a med school, so I will have to apply OOS.

I suggest these schools with your stats:
Jefferson
Temple
U Penn
George Washington
Hofstra
Einstein
Mount Sinai
Rochester
Tufts
Cincinnati
Case Western
Ohio State
U Michigan
Western Michigan
Northwestern
Washington University (in St. Louis-they like high MCAT applicants)
Vanderbilt
Miami
USF Morsani
Duke
Kaiser
Mayo
