Declining AEGD/GPR Position after Accepting?

I am not in a position to decline any programs right now as I have not started any interviews, but was thinking about this question/scenario:
This is in relation to PASS programs.

Say you have interviewed at 3 programs so far and one of them accepts you but wants a decision within the next few days. You really like this program, but you still have an interview scheduled for another program you consider to be really good as well and want to see what they have to offer. Do you accept the program and still go on the other interview? If you end up going to the interview at the other program and they accept you also, can you decline the position at the first program?

Wondering if anyone had any thoughts?

Are you asking about residency programs? If they participate in match, it’s not an issue. If they don’t participate in match, a bird in the hand..
