Deferments in the Navy for this year...

The first number is the Goal.....the second number is the number of
students presently asking for a full deferment in:

ANES 12/20
DERM 1/1
EM 6/9
FP 4/4
INT MED 4/5
NEUROL 1/1
NEUROS 2/3
OB/GYN 4/5
OPHTH 2/1
ORTHO 9/12
OTO 2/2
PATH 4/3
PLASTICS 2/0
PREV MED 2/0
RAD 6/3
SURG 10/9
UROL 2/4


Apparently these may change depending on who they grant the spots to come December.

Are these the number of slots the GMESB has for fellowship deferment this year and the number of people applying for fellowship? Where did you get this information?

These figures came from the GME coordinator at NMETC. It was sent to upcoming graduates, but I'm not sure about fellowships. Good luck with that.
