I can't see how that'd be an issue, especially seeing as how any kind of hospital volunteering was impossible for the past year and a half, and for the foreseeable future. It's not like you're trying to pass something iffy as clinical experience.

Most medicine is practiced in ambulatory/outpatient/office settings. You are fine as is.

Yes it's clinical! I am especially impressed by the work with psychiatric patients. Not many pre-meds are willing to get up-close-and-personal to witness the effects of mental illness.

Neurotic Premed Question...

Quick Question regarding clinical experience. Is shadowing (50 hours), 1000 hours of EMT experience, and 300 paid hours working in a psychiatric clinic enough clinical experience even though I won't have experience in a technically 'hospital enviornement'?

I think your clinical hours are exceptional in terms of both longitudinal commitment and variety. Maybe try to increase shadowing a little bit?
