I believe the :Application" to take the DAT is largely to prevent people from taking it a 4th+ time. The application is usually accepted within a couple days

more that three times you must show some evidence that you are an active applicant( not traking exam for fun! :D ) if you don't show that evidence, yes you are not allowed take the DAT more that 3 times.

Not so, you are only allowed to take the test 3 times. Schools will not take any scores after the third time. Read the fine print.

wrong, there are many people that have taken the DAT 4+ times nd the schools have counted there scores. All they need was a letter from a dental school saying that there acceptance is dependent on better DAT Scores or the like and you will almost always be allowed to retake a 4th or even 5th time.
