I graduated and am turning my application. For the next year I'm not sure I should work in dentistry and get more dental experience or work in a research institute? Is it true that if your gpa is low it's good to do a research?

yes it's always good to do research whether you have a high gpa or low gpa.

Are you planning to take an entire year off from school?

I would suggest getting stated on a masters program if possible.
In terms would research Vs. Dental experience, I would rather get more dental experience, or try to find a dental research program!

dental research program...that sounds good!

I'm planning to take an entire year off. I wanted to do a master program but it costs a lot of money.. (tuition and living expenses bc most of the programs are out of state) And it's too late to apply for Fall 08. Right?
