    You should try to look for a lawyer that is also a dentist. I recommend Eric Ploumis. Don't get to bothered by the fee, trust me it will save you a lot of headaches later. You don't want to sign a contract and get locked in. Don't feel that if you are a new practitioner that you cannot negotiate your contract. If they are not fair you really shouldn't work for them in the first place.
